Ruben has more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Law. He commenced his profesional career working for the main Notary Public offices in Mexico City, developing his profesional practice in corporate matters, company re-estructuring, mergers and acquisitions, for different clients. He joined as head legal counsel for one the main wireless triple play companies in Mexico, planning and setting up major legal strategies towards market positioning. Ruben specializes in the negotiation and drafting of legal instruments and transactions in the telecommunications sector.
