Silvia has more than 10 years of experience, advising clients on trademark protection strategies, including registration applications, trademark prosecution and disputes before administrative and judicial authorities. In addition, she proactively participates in the development of privacy compliance models, for different clients in the information tecnologies industry. She has sucessfully represented our clients in verification and infringement proceedings, before the Federal Data Protection Agency (INAI).
